Specification

The colored coated rolls are lightweight, aesthetically pleasing and have excellent anti-corrosion properties. They can also be directly processed. The colors are generally gray-white, navy blue, and brick red. They are mainly used in the advertising industry, construction industry, home appliance industry, electrical appliance industry, furniture industry, and transportation industry.
The coatings used for the colored coated rolls are selected based on the different usage environments, such as polyester silicon-modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastic sol, and polyvinylidene chloride. Users can make choices according to their purposes.

Color coated steel coil is made from hot-dip galvanized steel plate. After surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing, chemical conversion treatment), one or more layers of organic coating are applied on the surface, and then baked and cured. The organic coating on the zinc layer can also cover and protect the colored coated steel sheet, preventing the steel coil from rusting.

Production process: One coating followed by one baking, two coatings followed by one baking, two coatings followed by two bakes, three coatings followed by three bakes, and so on.
According to the surface treatment method, colored steel plates/colored steel coils include: ordinary colored steel plates, embossed colored steel plates, and printed colored steel plates.

The color-coated roll is resistant to corrosion, rust, aging and solvents. Even after being wiped 200 times, the paint will not come off. This color-coated sheet has complete specification parameters. The thickness range is from 0.15 to 1.0 millimeters, and the width range is up to 1250 millimeters or less.
